We loved working with Peery Homes!  Our renovation of a 70s-era house was on a tight timeline, and Dan, Jon, and our wonderful site supervisor Tim worked every angle and moved a couple of mountains to get us moved in by our deadline.  

In any renovation, there are questions and issues that come up around existing conditions.  The whole team took extra care with those decisions, were frank with their opinions, and offered creative solutions to some of the odd and complex issues that came up along the way.  Because we had to move out of our old house by a firm date, the second half of our project was completed while we were living in the house.  I can’t say enough about the great communication we had with Tim during that time, and the care and thoughtfulness he put into scheduling and management.  His efforts, and those of the whole Peery team, made the entire process – stressful as living in a construction project can be – amazingly smooth!

Our project was a special challenge.  We were doing a significant addition to a 1920’s Willie Ward home...quite a classic in Greenville.  We felt a great responsibility to get it right!  From our very first meeting with Jon and Dan, we knew that they had what it would take to get the job done.

We chose to move to the upstate and build but had no idea which contractor to use. When we asked someone in Greenville in the business about recommended contractors they asked us who we were considering. After we said Peery Construction they asked why we were still looking at anyone else! 

We chose Peery Construction after meeting the team and having all our initial questions answered patiently and thoroughly.
