My wife and I have had other design-build experiences and by far, our experience with Peery Construction was the best. I do whole-heartedly recommend them. Our home was on the smaller side compared to most Peery homes but they still gave us the same attention to detail, kindness and respect as they do for their clients who have larger, more expensive homes.
We had our lot and we had our house plans, but after discussing the construction with several local, high-end builders, we were discouraged. They were either not interested in building a 4 story house, or they quoted us pricing that said the same thing. When we met with Jon, he not only said he was comfortable with building our house, he worked with us to fit it in our budget.
