We chose Peery Homes for our condominium renovation on a recommendation from a neighbor. Our goal was to create living space that met our desires and needs, a more livable space, a space that would be more useful to us. Our project was adding a downstairs master suite and laundry room after 46 years in the same house and climbing stairs to the bedroom. Peery Construction did a major renovation on my home in Greenville, SC. While I had not ever been involved in a renovation as large, I was completely satisfied with the experience in working with Peery.  They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.

It was a highly successful project, and also one that was pleasant and enjoyable.

They performed their work so in a safe and clean environment both on the grounds and in the house itself.  The
quality of every part of their work was superior whether it was done by Peery employees or the subs they used.   There was never a dispute on costs or schedule  ... we met each week, discussed where we were.  If changes were required, i always knew ahead of time and i was given options for those changes.  I am a completely satisfied customer, and highly recommend Peery Construction.

After any construction is complete, and especially on a job as large as this one was,  there are always
small issues to be handled later.  Peery Construction was always back in my home immediately to handle whatever was needed. Recently a large tree fell on my home causing major damage.  I called Peery the night of the storm and there were there within hours and my insurance company has approved them for all repairs.

I would never consider using anyone but Peery Construction and am more than happy to not only recommend
